With utmost respect to the American Georgian tradition, this single family residence has undergone a complete transformation. Notable program features include a barrel vaulted Screened Porch, Masonry Staircase, Pool, Pool House, Spa, and custom 500 gallon salt water reef tank. This whole-house remodel and addition project spans over a decade in phasing, with earlier phases performed while Andrea was with TEA2 Architects, and later phases completed by Swan Architecture.
