MODERN COMFORT

At the heart of this remarkable apartment transformation was a client seeking to downsize to a more comfortable, efficient, yet inspiring lifestyle. Design goals included raised ceilings, carefully curated art and furnishings, well-captured skyline views, and maximized sunlight. Unique features include reflective surfaces such as Venetian plaster walls and mirrored wall panels, laser-cut metalwork for grills, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, and a ventless bio-fueled fireplace made in Poland.
