Swan Architecture is located on the top floor of International Market Square in Minneapolis, MN. Built between 1905 and 1915, the warehouse building was the original manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters for Munsingwear, Inc., a leading apparel manufacturer that revolutionized the garment industry by inventing the "itchless" union suit. Today the building hosts design-related offices and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
