PESCHEL SWAN, AIA
Andrea's passion for Architecture began at young age while having the opportunity to travel throughout Europe almost annually (while visiting family - her parents immigrated from Slovakia fleeing the Iron Curtain, and most of her family still resides throughout Europe).
After graduating from Visitation High School located in Mendota Heights, MN, Andrea earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, including a year at the School of Architecture's Rome Studies Center. Andrea's classical training led her to New York City where she performed her internship and established licensure while devoting more than half-a-decade at the renowned firm of Cooper, Robertson & Partners. Andrea practiced at TEA2 Architects in Minneapolis for 6 years before launching Swan Architecture.
CHEN, ASSOC. AIA
Constance is a native Minnesotan, and after graduating from Wayzata High School in Plymouth, MN, she went on to graduate from the University of Notre Dame with dual degrees, a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature in 2011.
Her studies in Architecture included a year in the Rome Studies Center as well as research trips to Greece and Taiwan. Constance’s classical training lead her back to Rome to complete an architectural assistantship before returning to Minnesota to join Swan Architecture in 2012 where she is continuing the licensure process.
Constance is LEED Accredited Professional.

BRAVO, ASSOC. AIA
Carlos earned his 5 yr. Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Michoacan in Morelia, Mexico. After graduating he worked for a residential design and build company, and then joined the team of one of the largest movie theater companies, Cinepolis, designing concession prototypes for movie complexes in Mexico and Ecuador.
After moving to United States in 2000, he dedicated 2 years working with Brown and Bills Architects in Dayton Ohio, then moved to Minnesota and worked with Aulik and Associates, a residential design and build company.
Carlos has acquired a diverse knowledge in residential design and construction systems by working in different global locations.
In addition to our core design team, Swan Architecture employs trusted professional consultants that have extensive experience in their specialized fields including, but not limited to, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Architectural Drafters, and Renders. The Swan Architecture team has spent years working closely with a large range of qualified consultants, cultivating strong relationships in order to provide the highest quality of service tailored to each individual project to ensure timely and optimal design.
