This property underwent a wholistic Master Plan transformation, tailoring every square inch to suit our clients’ spirited tastes and lifestyle. We ‘reshuffled all cards,’ integrating all new landscaping, a whole-house exterior facelift and addition, and restructuring of the interior to accommodate marquee spaces: A thoughtful Chef’s Kitchen and Baker’s Pantry, a Study, a revamped Master Suite including a serene Dressing Lounge. Bespoke elements include Chicago-made custom door and cabinet hardware, a boutique master dressing nook for accessories, and ample display areas for personal momentos.
