Generation Point

This was more than just a remodel. In fact, our clients were quite comfortable in their new home they had recently built on the same lake. Family and nostalgia guided them to moving to their 3-generation legacy estate. The more efficient solution certainly would have certainly been to demo the exiting home and start anew, for many reasons (it was originally built as a summer home, meant to be winterized during the cold months). Instead, we devoted years to planning each space before building, ensuring all programmatic needs as well as aesthetic choices were met. The most serene shoreline cradles this prominent point on the lake, providing breathtaking vistas to the gardens and lake from within the house and beyond.
