Our clients were passionate about a few key things: downsizing to a footprint that could accommodate their college-bound kids when visiting, creating a vibe that reflected their not-so-serious personalities, and lastly, being as non-carbon-footprint and sustainable as they could possibly afford. Every material decision included ‘how far away does that product come from.’ Unique features include an interior shuttered oval window overlooking the entry hall, a hidden door, an incorporation of the client’s sea glass collection, recycled glass counters, and sculpted ceilings throughout. The new lake home is nestled onto a pocket of Libb’s Lake.
