PROJECT ARCHITECT or MANAGER
Swan Architecture is delighted to be expanding, and we are actively inviting all candidates who have shared experience in the residential design field, ideally 5 years minimum, to contact us!
In this role, you will assist in architectural sketching, design and drafting, rendering (by hand and computer), detailing, as-builts, document organization, client communication, and project management. You will have the opportunity to gain in knowledge and skill in both historical and contemporary architecture as well as various types and phases of projects from small local remodels, to mid-sized additions, to large scale new estates in exciting locales. In addition, you will benefit from a collaborative, innovative team with decades of experience in the single-family residential market.
Preferred Credentials: (Requirements)
- Degree from an accredited Architecture school
- Proficiency with CAD (Archicad, Autocad, or Revit preferably)
- Adobe Suite of Products and Microsoft Office 365 Products (Word, Excel)
- Project management experience
- Phases of design including Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration
- Construction means, methods, and building techniques
- Experience in the Residential Field is a must
- Licensure is preferred, but not a must
